This new HBO show Boardwalk Empire, has got me in a frazzle, all I can think about is the next episode and what could possibly happen next (almost as bad as my True Blood obsession). And not only is the plot so amazingly intriguing it looks fucking amazing! The costumes, the sets, the attention to detail!
Set in Atlantic City in the era of the Prohibition, the gangsters, the corrupt politicians, sex secrets and everything juicy, this show just can't go wrong.
And as an extra bonus, the wonderful and intensely gorgeous Michael Pitt co-stars. Ever since the first time I saw him in an episode of Dawson's Creek I've been in awe of his awe beauty (and yes, man beauty exists, just search him in Google). And then when I saw him in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the again in the Dreamers, then playing Kurt Cobain in Gus Van Sant's Last Days (and unfortunately in The Village...) I had a full blown obsession. I'm worried...
